Mums and dads will be able to kit out their children with virtually brand-new clothes and equipment at a fraction of high street prices as well as helping to recycle.
Haslemere, Midhurst and District branch of the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) is running a nearly new sale of clothes, accessories and toys for babies and children, as well as nursery and maternity equipment.
The sale is on Saturday, October 11 a
t the Millennium Hall at Liphook. Parents are welcome to go along as buyers or sellers, with just one condition – the goods must be of nearly-new quality.
With the cost of bringing up a child in its first five years well into the thousands, the branch is encouraging parents to recycle their unwanted items so that other families can make use of them.
For more information about the sale, give Claire Kerr a call on 0870 460 7906 or
