A Government inspector has stepped in to determine plans to continue to use a timber chalet in Eartham as a rest room and office.
The owners of the chalet at Timber Yard Ides Common, The Mill, Eartham Lane, changed its use without getting planning permission from Chichester District Council and when they applied in retrospect it was refused.
Now they are appealing to a gover
nment inspector to overturn the decision. It will be dealt with by written representations.
