The Key Stage 2 exam results have been announced - and schools across Chichester, Midhurst, Petworth and Bognor Regis will be able to go into the Christmas break with their heads held high.
Pupils at Singleton CofE Primary School achieved an astonishing 100 per cent pass rate across their English, maths and science exams.
They were placed as one of the top six schools in West Sussex for their pass rate. 64 per cent of pupils at the
school also achieved a level five grade for their exams or above.
"They are good results. Normally we do not qualify for the exams because you need more than ten pupils to be eligible to take them. But this year we had 11," said headteacher Marion Barker.
"We are particularly pleased with pupils who achieved level five and above. Hopefully we can do the same next year."
Wisborough Green Primary School also had a 100 per cent score average for the Key Stage 2 exams. Ranking high in the table was Medmerry Primary School, Selsey, which achieved a haul of good grades.
Headteacher George Bell said: "We have done very well and worked hard over the years to achieve these results. We do our best to make sure every pupil does well."
The exam performance table (see right) shows the percentage of pupils at the school which achieved a level four mark or above for each subject.
An average of the scores is also shown, as well as the value added column. This score takes into account a child's ability on entering school and social factors, such as deprivation.
