Please help solve family tree mystery
I am doing a family tree and my family on my mother's side are from West Sussex.
I am looking for any information on the families of Tooth and Tribe. My nan, Elizabeth Jane Tooth, married a Henry Thomas Tribe in 1914.
I am looking for dates on births, marriages and deaths as we're not familiar with the family in Sussex.
I understand my nan had a daughter, Vera, who died in the 1940s with TB. She was 21.
Elizabeth lived at Leggatt Hill, Lodsworth. She worked for a Commander Bartelotte. She also had a daughter June, who she gave up at the age of three weeks.
The mystery of this daughter is that Elizabeth came to Herefordshire to have her, gave her up, then returned to Sussex. We're wondering what the connection is - it was in 1934.
