Why should we pay to park on Sundays?

AS A worker in Chichester, and not receiving any assistance in parking fees, I pay for my monthly ticket of £40.

I work part-time and therefore I am not using my ticket to its maximum potential.

Having paid for a ticket to park Monday to Saturday, I am now being forced to pay for Sunday parking as well.

I could catch a bus but they leave so infrequently on a Sunday there would be no bonus in starting later.

I am sure there are a lot of people like me and I am sure we will all be parking around the streets on a Sunday.

Will that make it very safe walking the streets to get back to your car on a dark winter night?
