Tracing family tree
I am reseaching my family tree,and through one of my contacts passed on the details of AEF Lewis who recently passed away, and possibly lived in the Fishbourne area.
My main connection is my mother, born Edith LEWIS in 1921,the youngest child of Leonard Lewis 1866-1939, and his second wife Mary Enticknap 1886-1969.
I know that my grandfather was married twice,in 1895? to a Mary Jane Meritt, who died in 1906?.
And secondly to Mary JANE Enticknap (b1886-d1969)in 1908 till 1939 when he died.
So it could be possible that Fred was descended from one of the children of my grandfather's first marriage.
If any of Fred's family could be of help I'd be most grateful.
