VANDALS left a trail of destruction in East Preston between Friday night and Saturday morning (May 2-3, 2008).
Cars and fences were damaged over a wide area of the village. In Saxon Close, several car door mirrors were targeted, and in Vermont Drive, two fences and tree were damaged.

In North Lane, a car mirror was smashed, mud was thrown on a window of the vehicle and something was pushed up its exhaust pipe.

Another fence was damaged at Chermont Court, The Street.
