Train death woman named

THE WOMAN who died after being struck by a train at Burgess Hill on Friday has been named.

Anna Maria Whitehouse-Jansen, aged 37, from Richmond in Surrey died at the scene at Burgess Hill railway station.

Police are treating the incident as non-suspicious.

A report will be sent to the Mid Sussex Coroner's Officer at Haywards Heath into the circumstances of the woman's death.
