Mosaic, Hertfordshire's leading chamber choir, will be bringing an evening of music to St George's Church in Chichester on Saturday July 5, as part of the Festivities.
Laura Cradduck, who is promoting the event, said: "The dictionary defines the word mosaic as, 'a design... composed by the piecing together of different things" - an appropriate name for a group who, in a few short years, have built an enviable reputation for virtuosity, versatility and verve.

"Mosaic have built a repertoire that covers pretty much everything from renaissance polyphony to contemporary classics and the programme on July 5 reflects their diversity.

"Alongside Moeran's Songs Of Springtime, Walton's Where Does The Uttered Music Go' and Delius' The Splendour Falls On Castle Walls, the choir will perform madrigals and arrangements of more contemporary songs including Lets Do It, I Got Rhythm and Ain't Misbehavin."

Tickets are priced at £8 (£4 for concessions) and are available from the Festivities box office (01243785718 code SG05) or St George's Church (01243782535). For more information on Mosaic and their director Nicholas Robinson visit their website www.mosaic.uk.com.
