A teenager was arrested after an eagle-eyed police officer spotted a small package of cannabis stuffed down his sock.
Ryan Taylor, 18, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to possession of the class B drug at Chichester Magistrates Court.

The court heard he was arrested after police attended a property in Bognor Regis on May 24 this year where Taylor was present.

The officer spotted the ball of cannabis, which was consistent with personal use, bulging from his right sock.

He was ordered to pay costs of £50, and was given a 12-month conditional discharge.
