Delaine Shearman, a fundraiser for Sussex Air Ambulance, was the speaker at a recent meeting of Middleton Wives Group.
An interesting and informative talk gave an insight into the dedicated efficiency shown by the pilots, doctors and all concerned in this important emergency service, which is totally financed by donations, including all drugs used before arrival at hospital.
A collection on the evening raised £216.56.
