About £9,000 worth of personal items have been stolen in a burglary at a Middleton house, police have revealed.
The break-in at the detached property in Yapton Road saw four Rolex GMT stainless steel wrist watches and two Omega Gold wrist watches among the property taken.

The haul also included an 18 carat gold wedding ring, a Victorian gold sapphire and diamond engagement ring, a Mont Blanc black fountain pen and a Schaeffer black fountain pen.

The burglary occurred between 8.05am and 4.30pm on April 17. DC Jo French, of Arun CID at Bognor Regis police station, said: "I would ask anyone with information about this burglary or the whereabouts of any of the stolen property to contact me."
