Results day has finally arrived - and students at Chichester High Schools Sixth Form have lots to smile about after collecting their A-levels.
43 per cent of students achieved A*-B at A-level and 97 per cent attained A*-E.
Headteachers of the Chichester High Schools for the boys and girls Gavin Salvesen-Sawh and Fiona Oliver-Watkins said: “We would like to congratulate all of our sixth form students on the level of their success.
“They are deserving of their good results and we are pleased that so many have gained the results that they need for university entrance. Grateful thanks to all of the staff from both schools who have worked so well with the students, which has brought the students success today.
“Many other students achieved their personal best and achieved their target grades. This is especially pleasing in a year when applications for university places are in very high demand.
“Our thanks also go to parents who have worked in partnership with the schools and have supported the students so well.”
