Winner: Jools Chaffer of Dizzy Highly-commended: Rolls-Royce
Jools Chaffer started the charity Dizzy in 2005 with his wife to raise awareness and money for diabetes sufferers through boutique charity shops in the area.
Mr Chaffer said it was a surprise to win the award.
"I thought we had absolutely no chance whatsoever," he said. "I had no idea we had been nominated. To walk away with the top honour is unreal.
"My wife and I founded Dizzy in 2005. We raised it really to help awareness of diabetes because it's such a chronic condition in the UK and western world that enough wasn't being done.
"So it was my ambition to raise awareness and we are doing that rapidly through now Sussex, UK and across Europe.
"It's a great honour, I thought we had no chance and I thought I was going to come along for a jolly."
