A FESTIVE charity card shop has opened for the sixth year in North Street, Chichester.

Volunteers and customers were there to welcome the mayor, Alan Chaplin, who officially opened the shop on October 7.

Cards for Good Causes, the volunteer-run pop-up shop at The Council House, gives shoppers the chance to buy Christmas cards from more than 45 charities.

Local charities represented include Canine Partners, Chichester Cathedral Restoration Trust, Friends of Chichester Hospitals,
the Dame Vera Lynn Trust, the Sussex Snowdrop Trust and Talking Newspapers.

The shop is now open every Monday to Saturday, from 9.30am-4.30pm until December 18 – don’t miss your chance to buy!
