Chichester City Council to host local plan public meeting

A PUBLIC meeting to discuss the impact of Chichester’s local plan is to be held later this year.

At a meeting of Chichester City Council last week, members were informed of the intention to hold a public meeting after the annual parish meeting on April 10 to allow residents to share their views and ask questions at the same time as councillors.

This will allow members of the planning and conservation committee to include these comments in their response to the district council.

The city council has also commissioned an impact study on the local plan, the results of which will be presented at the meeting, said committee chairman Michael Woolley.
