A GROUP of friends are inviting people to join them for a walk – which will help build a school in Kenya.

On April 26, the walk starting and ending at Manor Farm, Cocking and over the South Downs Way, aims to resemble the distance children of Nakuru, Kenya, walk to school.

Helen Weedon, Charlotte Payne, Natasha Powney, Natalie Oliver and Jenny Elswood are hoping for participants to join them and raise £1,000. Entry is £10 adults, £7.50 concessions, £5 children, or £20 for a family of four.
