Chichester crash leaves 94-year-old seriously injured

AN ELDERLY pedestrian was seriously injured in a Chichester crash on Sunday afternoon (February 10).

Just after midday a collision took place on Stockbridge Road between a red Honda Accord and a 94-year-old man from the area.

The 94-year-old suffered serious head and shoulder injuries and was taken to St Richard’s Hospital for treatment.

The driver of the Honda, a 30-year-old Chichester man was uninjured.

Witnesses of the incident should call Sussex Police on 101 quoting Operation Arbour.
