THE final pints are being pulled for now at a traditional pub in Chichester which closes its doors tomorrow (July 18).
The landlord of the Bull Inn, on Market Road, opposite the Cattlemarket car park, finishes his lease tomorrow.
It is understood the building’s five-year lease is not being renewed at this moment in time.
Drinkers at the pub have expressed their sadness.
Jamie McGreal said: “We are very disappointed it’s closing.
“It’s the only pub in Chichester that does a regular turnaround of decent real ales.
“I’ve been drinking here for a few years and on a Wednesday when the farmers’ market was on this place used to be packed.”
The Bull Inn was well known for serving sausages from Chichester company O’Hagan’s.
