DISRUPTION on the railways this morning (November 18) caused delays between Havant and Barnham.
Trains were not running earlier between the stations, because of emergency engineering works.
The problem was caused by a broken rail on the line between Chichester and Barnham, which led to all trains from Barnham being diverted to Bognor Regis, where a replacement bus service was set up from Bognor to Havant.
Trains are now running again, but Southern Rail is reporting delays of approximately 30 minutes.
It has also said that normal service should be resumed by 1pm, however there could still be delays or diversions at short notice.
