A former Metropolitan Police superintendent and specialist on fighting child trafficking is giving a talk to the community today (Friday, September 7).
Bernie Gravett, who is retired from the Met, now works as a specialist consultant in the fight against the trafficking of children.
Mr Gravett has led anti-vice operations against forced labour and the exploitation of women in the sex industry.
Mr Gravett will be joining south-east MEP Catherine Bearder today between 6pm-8pm at St Pancras Church, Eastgate.
The event is organised by the Chichester Liberal Democrats to highlight a growing problem in the south-east.
All are welcome to attend.
