THE Environment Agency has issued a new flood alert warning for coastal areas between Thorney Island and Bracklesham.
The area also includes Bosham, West Itchenor and West Wittering today (November 3).
A spokesperson from the Environment Agency said: “We are likely to see waves around 3 metres affecting this area. There is a low risk of water over topping sea defences with any impacts likely to be seen around high tide.
“This will bring a low risk of locaslised flooding to those properties closest to the beach.”
