Teenagers were spotted kicking pigeons in Sussex with one bird being hit so hard it had to be put down.

The language school students were reported to police at 1.30pm on Thursday (July 8) for enticing the birds with pieces of bread and then kicking out at them in Warrior Square Gardens, St Leonards.
