Marilyn Austen, 59, of The Hornet, Chichester, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (76mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Basin Road, Chichester, on August 12, 2016. She must pay £85 victim surcharge and was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Marcin Bakowski, 27, of The Chiltons, Canada Grove, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 18 months after admitting using threatening words or behaviour in Bognor Regis on August 14, 2016. He must pay £30 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting causing £30 damage to a vehicle in Bognor Regis on August 14, 2016, no separate penalty.

Peter Berry, 28, of Little Common Cottages, Tillington, was fined £400 and must pay £40 victim surcharge and £85 costs after admitting breaching a restraining order in Petworth on July 15, 2016. The restraining order was varied to extend the non-contact requirement.

Roger Cross, 68, of Nyetimber Lane, Bognor Regis, was fined £250 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (177mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood) in Salvington Road, Salvington, on August 3, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Thomas Hutson, 28, of Adelaide Road, Chichester, was fined £25 and must pay £30 victim surcharge after admitting possessing cannabis in Chichester on September 10, 2016. He also admitted breaching a conditional discharge order, no action taken.

Caroline Powell, 34, of The Paddock, Bracklesham Bay, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting drug-driving (572 benzoylecgonine) in Birdham Road, Birdham, on June 30, 2016; and possessing 43 alprazolam tablets (controlled drug, class C). She must pay £85 victim surcharge and was disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Lucy Yates, 28, of Middle Park Way, Havant, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting stealing 13 packs of beef steak worth £124.66 from The Co-operative, Chichester, on September 13, 2016. She must pay £85 victim surcharge.

Alison Raggett, 42, of Deal House, Sturges Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with 16-week curfew, electronically monitored, from 8pm to 7am after admitting assault by beating in Bognor Regis on July 27, 2016. She must pay £100 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Piotr Bader, 26, of The Steyn, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work after admitting stealing headphones worth £25 from Sainsbury’s, Bognor Regis, on September 12, 2016; stealing perfume worth £16 from Next, Bognor Regis, on September 12, 2016; stealing headphones worth £50 from Sainsbury’s, Bognor Regis, on September 9, 2016; stealing headphones worth £25 from Sainsbury’s, Bognor Regis, on September 8, 2016; and possessing pliers in connection with theft from shops in Bognor Regis, on September 12, 2016. He must pay a total of £75 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jeffery Wallace, 56, of Longford Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £66 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Thakeham Road, Storrington, on February 29, 2016. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

William Clarke, 54, of Chalk Road, Ifold, was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after being found guilty of assault by beating in Loxwood on April 8, 2016. He must pay £200 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £650 costs.

Tony Knight, 61, of Pound Road, Walberton, was fined £60 and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 40mph speed limit on the A30 in Cornwall on March 5, 2016. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

William Young, 32, of St Itha Close, Selsey, was fined £450 and must pay £45 victim surcharge, £250 costs, after being found guilty of drink-driving (85mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Chichester Road, Selsey, on April 23, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 21 months.

Crouchland Farms Ltd, of Plaistow Road, Kirdford, was fined £4,000 and must pay £120 victim surcharge, £3,917 costs, after admitting allowing the discharge of effluent into the River Kird at Crouchland Farm on or about December 2, 2013.

Daniel Streeter, 35, of Prince William Court, William Street, Bognor Regis, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £250 costs, after admitting using threatening words or behaviour, racially aggravated, in Bognor Regis on July 20, 2016. He also admitted using threatening words or behaviour in Bognor Regis on July 20, 2016, no separate penalty.
