There were record breaking results at Chichester High School for Boys in English and IT.
There was a nine per cent rise to 79 per cent, in the number of students gaining five or more grades at A*-C level, and 50 per cent of students gained five or more A*-C grades, including English and maths.
The two records came in the English and IT department where three quarters of students attained A*-C in English and 99 per cent gaining A*-C in IT.
Headteacher of CHSB, Gavin Salvesen-Sawh said: “I am absolutely delighted with the records that have been broken.
“I would like to congratulate the boys on their level of success, which is well deserved. I would also like to pay tribute to the staff who have moved mountains in their determination for the boys to succeed.”
