A DONATION has bought new books for school pupils.
John Wiley and Sons presented Kingsham Primary School with £200 for books.
With the help of the children, Colin Gayle, literary co-ordinator, chose award-winning picture books and modern fiction for the school library. “Wiley are an integral part of our school helping to enthuse the children with a love of reading,” he said.
Wiley and Sons has been supporting Kingsham for six years through weekly reading sessions with the children.
Each year, Wiley presents a cup to a reader who has made the most progress: this year the prize went to Louis Yates.
