Fishbourne Roman Palace is offering the chance to get hands-on and crafty during the summer holidays.
The palace is offering its Get Creative days on Thursdays, August 9, 16, 23 and 30.
A whole host of activities will be running between 11am-3pm, including working with clay, Roman writing, Roman costume and felt making.
There will also be the opportunity to meet an archaeologist and handle some 2,000 year old artefacts.
The fun-packed days are suitable for all ages, and are included in the palace’s normal admission price.
Katrina Burton, head of learning, said: “Whatever the weather, our Get Creative days will be a great day out for all the family. It’s an excellent way to have fun while you learn about the past and allow your creativity to run wild.”
