Goodwood Revival: Road closures and traffic expected

MOTORISTS can expect traffic delays around Chichester as the Goodwood Revival gets underway today (Friday 12).

Delays can be expected along the A27 and the Chichester Bypass for the next three days.

The following roads will be closed:

-Claypit Lane, Westhampnett from its junction with New Road south wards to its junction with Madgwick Lane

-Fordwater Road, Lavant, from its junction with Pook Lane, south east wards to its junction with New Road

-New Road, Boxgorve, Lavant and Westhampnett from its junction with Fordwater Road, eastwards to its junction with the A285

-Madgwick Lane, Westhampnett, from its junction with Claypit Lane, southwards to its junction with Westhampnett Road

-Westerton Lane, Westhampnett, from its junction with Claypit Lane, eastwards to its junction with Sidengreen Lane

-Kennel Hill Road, Westhampnett and Singleton from its junction with New Road northwards towards its junction with Racecourse Road

Goodwood Revival will run until Sunday, September 14.
