Health and safety madness
Regarding the lunatic asylum that is Chichester District Council.
Myself and others are providing these idiots with a pension that they shouldn't need because in any sane society they would be locked away with meals provided.
I read today that they couldn't retrieve a receptacle in a stream because they 'haven't got any non-gender people in their employ who are qualified to wear Wellingtons.'
A spokesperson said 'we have health and safety rules.'
