GOLF At Goodwood is welcoming Justin Rose as an ambassador for the club.
The world-class golfer, who will now represent the club around the world, announced his involvement with the club this week.
“I’m delighted to be announcing this partnership with Goodwood,” he said.
“I’m also excited by their ambitions for the development of their junior golf programme and hope to be a part of their plans for many years to come.”
Stuart Gillett, general manager of Golf At Goodwood, said he was ‘thrilled’ at the news, describing the golfer as the ‘perfect ambassador’ for the club.
The Hampshire-born golfer was part of the Ryder Cup-winning team last year, and rose to prominence as a 17-year-old amateur during the 1998 British Open at Royal Birkdale.
