Fire crews were called to a derelict building in Bognor Regis after a large fire started there in the early hours of Saturday morning (April 30).
West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said about 40 firefighters tackled the blaze at the three-storey detached house on the A29 Shripney Road, near the former LEC factory. Crews were called at just after 4.30am.
The fire was brought under control and there have been no reports of any injuries. The roof of the building was significantly damaged by the fire.
