PYE Homes has announced its intention to apply for 110 homes in Selsey.

The site, off of Drift Road, was refused permission by a planning inspector in January.

The developers have now come back with a scheme for 110 homes with 40 per cent affordable housing.

This neighbours a site earmarked by Landlink Estates, which has just put in an application for 159 homes, an Asda store, a restaurant and other facilities.

See Thursday’s Observer for more information on the plans (July 17).
