A PRE-SCHOOL team is celebrating the results of an Ofsted inspection.

Little Learners in Boxgrove has received a ‘good’ from inspectors – just six months after it opened.

Claire Simpson, owner and manager, said she was ‘delighted’ about the report. “We are so pleased with our achievement.

“We have a brilliant team and have all worked hard in getting Little Learners Pre-school going.

“We are so pleased with the outcome and look forward to improving our practice further.

“Our strengths are in learning and development, child protection and children’s welfare and supporting children with English as an additional language,” she said.

The day sessions are held in Boxgrove village hall and offer Forest School activities, children’s yoga, music and movement and cooking among other activities.

The group opened las September.

Speaking at the time, Claire Simpson said: “We already have strong links within the community, and will continue to build on those to create a pre-school we can all be proud of.

“Children’s early education is an absolute privilege and a very exciting journey, we look forward to every step.
