PUPILS have taken to the stage to perform a swashbuckling tale of Pirates and the Curry Bean.
Boxgrove Primary School pupils dressed up for two performances on Thursday.
Headteacher Kim Thornton praised the pupils and staff for their hard work.
“It looks fantastic,” she said.
“The whole performance was quite tongue in cheek. We are really proud of it.”
Mrs Thornton thanked parents for their efforts with the pirate costumes, and Boxgrove village hall for the use of the hall and staging.
The school has been practising the performance over the past halfterm.
