BREAKING NEWS: Bus roof ripped off by low bridge– picture

THE roof of a double-decker bus was ripped off when the driver tried to go under a railway bridge.

The accident involving a Brighton and Hove bus happened in Kingston Lane, Shoreham, this morning (Tuesday, October 21).

Emergency services were called to the scene, and the driver was treated for shock.

The road was temporarily closed.
