A BRIDAL shop has left several brides without dresses on their wedding days, after the owner shut up shop.

Everything But the Girl Bridal Boutique was run by Natalie Wileman (pictured), in Chichester shopping precinct The Boardwalk.

However, the shop closed in Chichester and briefly opened in Brighton, before closing completely.

Now brides-to-be are left with no dress and no money in the run up to their weddings.

One Chichester bride told the Observer: “This shop or should I say the owner Natalie Wileman has taken not only mine but lots of other brides deposits leaving us to try and sort other ways of getting our dresses sorted for our big day!

“She has taken a £580 deposit from myself and I know another lady whom she took £700 from. She relocated her shop to Brighton and then disappeared.

“No one can contact her and she has now vacated her last premises without telling anyone and no forwarding address.”#

Another disgruntled bride, who said it was an ‘utter disgrace’ said: “I have yet to receive a dress and have not received a refund. There are many brides-to-be that have had the same treatment. Unfortunately some brides were let down just two weeks before their big days.”

The Observer has attempted to contact Ms Wileman but has had no response.

Call the Observer on 01243 534153 if you have been affected by the shop’s closure.
