THOUSANDS of Festival of Speed visitors tore their focus away from the hill climb to spot the Red Arrows fly by at Goodwood today (June 27).
The air display by the elite flying squad lasted for at least ten minutes, until the Arrows did a low fly-past Chichester.
The sky was decorated with trails of the well-known red smoke.
The Arrows will be repeating the performance tomorrow (Saturday, June 28) at 11.15am.
There was also a display from the almighty Typhoon at 3.30pm.
Tomorrow, the Vulcan will fly at 1pm, and the Typhoon will be back on Sunday at midday.
