A NEWBORN lamb has been getting into the festive spirit.
The first lamb of the winter for owners Paul and Julie Cullen was born just before Christmas in Sidlesham.
Molly, a polled Dorset lamb, was born on December 23 and is already displaying a ‘cheeky’ personality, according to Julie.
“At the moment, because the weather’s so bad, we’re feeding sheep nuts and barley to her mother and she keeps going in and trying to push her out of the way.”
The majority of the farm’s sheep will be born in March, but Julie said they usually had one born in December.
She said both Molly and her mum were doing ‘absolutely fine’.
