A FIRST-TIME London Marathon runner tomorrow (April 13) from Fishbourne said she had been inspired to tackle the challenge by her disabled brother.
Emma Wreford’s brother Robert Byrne lives at a residential care home run by the disability charity Enham Trust.
“Robert moved to Enham Trust last March and it has been a really positive experience for him and our family,” said Emma.
“When I heard that Enham had spaces for the London marathon, I wanted to take up the challenge so I could raise as much money as possible for a charity that is really special to our family.
“Robert will definitely be in my thoughts on the day and if I hit the wall, I will be thinking of how the money I am raising will be helping Robert and his friends.”
