THE interior of Little London Walk looks set to continue changing.
A planning application to convert first-floor office space into two residential flats has been submitted to Chichester District Council.
The shopping centre in Chichester’s East Street has seen businesses gradually leave one by one in recent months, after the owner was granted planning permission to transform the site into a single shop.
The two flats would be in the southern part of the building, overlooking East Street.
There are currently five office units on the first floor.
According to the application’s design and access statement, a number of the offices have fallen vacant, having been used up to May 30 of last year.
There are already two flats on the second floor.
