The ice bucket challenge has become a social media phenomenon with millions being raised for charities supporting people with Motor Neurone Disease.

Many other local residents also took part in the challenge and posted videos of themselves online.

Checkatrade employees, who have their headquarters in Selsey, are raising money for another good cause they support through the Checkatrade Foundation.

The brave volunteers, who have been iced by managing director Kevin Byrne, have so far raised more than £200 for new changing rooms at Redwood Park School in Cosham, which caters for children with learning difficulties.
