Heatwave - warning over dogs left in vehicles
A WARNING has been sent out about dogs being left in vehicles during the current heatwave.
Animal Services say that they are dealing with the problem every day at the moment.
A spokesperson has pointed out that even leaving a window open doesn't work in hot temperatures as the metalwork of the car or van attracts the heat, making it very stressful for the animal.
