Kings of the sky Tim Peake and Mike Child help wow crowds at Farnborough Airshow

THIS is the moment two legends of the sky, who are both former pupils of Chichester High School for Boys met for the first time.

Tim Peake, dressed in blue is the UK’s only ESA astronaut, and along with Red Arrow Mike Child they were among the star attractions at the world famous Farnborough International Airshow last week.

Tim Peake, Britain’s top astronaut, met with visitors in the SpaceZone and spoke about flying on the mission to the International Space Station next year.

Flight Lieutenant Mike Child, also from Chichester, was part of the Red Arrows who gave a spectacular air display to the delight of the thousands who gathered.
