A CHARITY providing transport for the elderly and disabled in Chichester has two new minibuses.
Contact 88 held a ceremony, attended by volunteers and members of user organisations.
Patron Patricia Routledge gave the keys to transport manager Mike Lewis and operations manager Peter McCallum.
She said how much she enjoyed being associated with Contact 88 and its ‘much appreciated’ service.
Alan Williams, chairman of the charity, said: “Our outings and door-to-door transport are enjoyed by hundreds of Chichester residents.
“To sustain a safe, comfortable and reliable service it is very important that we have up-to-date vehicles.”
