No rest for inspector in Eartham

A Government inspector has stepped in to determine plans to continue to use a timber chalet in Eartham as a rest room and office.

The owners of the chalet at Timber Yard Ides Common, The Mill, Eartham Lane, changed its use without getting planning permission from Chichester District Council and when they applied in retrospect it was refused.

Now they are appealing to a government inspector to overturn the decision. It will be dealt with by written representations.

To comment write by Tuesday to The Planning Inspectorate, Room 3/21, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN, quoting reference number APP/L3815/A/08/2075790.
