A HIGH turnout and standard of entry marked another successful year for the North Mundham flower show.
Competitors entered a range of categories, which saw some creative and unique designs.
Anne Lloyd-Davey, who is a member of the club, said it all went ‘very well indeed’.
“I’m very much in awe of their talent and creative ability,” she said, adding members always displayed a ‘high level of expertise’.
“When you consider they had put this much work in and it’s for four hours on a Saturday afternoon, it shows the level of enthusiasm the club has for this very particular skill.”
The club was formed in the 1960s and Anne added judges who visited the show were ‘always quite delighted by the very high standard’.
The club will soon meet to plan its 2015 show, but in the meantime is preparing to create another display for the Chichester Cathedral Festival of Flowers.
