The warning, which is in place from 10am, said flooding may affect properties on the High Street, and will flood Shore Road.
The Environment Agency said: “Force 7 Strong winds and low pressure will raise the tide within Chichester Harbour during Tuesday morning.
“It is possible flooding will occur. Shore Road will be under water at high tide and flooding may affect properties on Bosham High Street as well.
“Tides will lower for the next cycle and we shall remove the flood warning in the afternoon.
“However it is likely a Flood Alert will be issued for Wednesday, and similar conditions will occur on each high tide for the remainder of the week.”
