VIDEO: Firefighters at the Vestry pub in Chichester

Firefighters were called to the Vestry this evening (March 27) after a chimney fire.

The call came at 5.48pm and crews from Bognor Regis and Chichester attended the pub in South Street, Chichester.

West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service confirmed the fire was in a chimney.

From the scene, the fire did not look to be serious, with people able to pass right by the pub.

Firefighters were still at the scene at 6.30pm.
