THE annual Noise Project will be back doing good work across the Parklands area of Chichester.
The project is run by a group of Chichester churches and includes a variety of activities and events including helping clear the area of unsightly mess and doing odd jobs for people across the community such as garden clearance, tidying up and grass cutting.
The week will start on Monday, June 4 and run until Saturday, June 9.
There will be games on the green 2.30pm-5pm every day except Wednesday, when there will be craft activities at St Wilfrid’s Church Hall, 2.30pm-4.30pm.
Chillout for teenagers will take place Monday-Friday except Wednesdays, 7.30pm-9pm, while on Saturday there will also be a family fun day on the green from 11am-3pm.
On Tuesday, June 5 there will also be a jubilee party on the green. Noise coordinators are currently working with Parklands and Bishop Luffa residents’ associations on the event which will be open to everyone in the Parklands area. The free event will have a 1950s twist.
