Passengers survive crash outside Chichester

Firefighters from Chichester were called after a car lost control in the village of Forestside yesterday afternoon (Thursday, January 20).

The accident happened at around 4.10pm as the car, which contained four passengers was travelling over the lip of a hill.

The car went off the road and rolled onto its roof.

West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service, which attended along with a team from Hampshire Fire and Rescue based at Horndean attended the scene for just over half an hour.

Ambulance crews treated the driver and passengers at the scene of the crash, there were no serious injuries.

Police also attended.
